Mayor Michael Bloomberg didn’t quite agree with Lindsay, shutting down the subway system in New York shortly before the devastating hurricane ripped through Manhattan and the East Coast, with at least 22 fatalities. Bizarrely, Lohan also began re tweeting advice and details about the hurricane, including a New York Daily News piece that read, “Over 6,800 flight cancellations so far as a result of HurricaneSandy. Read the latest details on our site.” Though the worst is now over for New Yorkers, Mayor Bloomberg warned citizens today, “We expected an unprecedented storm impact here on New York City and that’s what we got.
All you do is sit on your behinds and trash people. Grow up. Get a life yourselves and get over yourselves. Prevention is better than cureThe most important axiom in maintaining a healthy body is “prevention is better than cure”. It is a life long regime for well being. As we grow older, the more important this axiom will be.

We had picked up a brochure Common Birds of Hills Creek State Park at the park office and managed to check off 31 species in the fields, forest, and lake. But we also saw or heard several species not on the list blue headed vireo, chestnut sided warbler, golden winged warbler, least flycatcher, blackburnian warbler, and veery. Of those species, only the blue headed vireo is a common breeder on our mountaintop, although it is far more common in the northern half of the state and prefers a mature deciduous forest with hemlocks mixed in.
Their familiar song is referred to as their “simple song” by ornithologists, but there is nothing simple about it until you hear another quite different song as I did when walking across the field one morning. I was puzzled by it, but finally I spotted a singing field sparrow. He was singing an entirely different song, his “complex” or “dawn” song, which turned out to be the reverse of his “simple” song.
I rate this book a four because its plot takes many twists and turns! Just like the time when it explains, that a releasing of a member of the community is really when the leaders of the community kill that person. This idea and many others were exciting to be able to unravel one of the book’s many mysteries. I also loved how the book took an unexpected ending and left you inquisitive about whether the story really did resolve itself.
